Must Have's

2nd Tri • Must Have’s

After a few weeks into my second trimester, I felt so much better! I was still tired and moody but I wasn’t nauseous over EVERYTHING anymore!

I feel like the second-trimester “must have’s” is a little bit more difficult because there is a drastic difference between the beginning of it and the end of it. The beginning you hardly have a belly and not much else is happening. But towards the end you get a decent belly that is uncomfortable because it is growing so fast (most of the time), leg swelling/cramping occurs, heartburn, and difficulty sleeping.

So I am making my “must have’s” list for this tri based on what you’ll want to try at some point in this trimester.

1• Snoogle

Helps you stay in a comfortable position in bed. I love using it to have a pillow between my legs! This one I linked is my FAV! I can still stretch my legs out if I don’t want it between my legs by pushing it to the side, unlike the other styles.

2• Boppy Pregnancy Wedge

As my belly got bigger, when I would lay on my side, I can feel gravity pulling my belly which was very uncomfortable! This helps that not happen.

3• Pillows-

Towards the end, I had acid reflux so bad at night I had to stay propped up or else it was unbearable. I had at least 2 pillows and my Snoogle to keep me upright enough.

4• Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Tummy Butter & Stretch Mark Massage Lotion

After reading through TONS of reviews and reading ingredients and what ingredients are actually known to prevent or reduce stretch marks, I found that this was the best brand to use!

5• Pregnancy Cami’s

It helped give me the support I needed for my growing belly when I was at work! It also helped hold my pants up.

6• Hydro Flask

All I can say is WATER WATER WATER!

7• Tums

Again.. acid reflux and heartburn. These are my favorite flavor! <3

8• Icy Hot

I had BAD sciatica pain and back pain. Some people say don’t use those kinds of products but I did get the OK from my provider because it is only a very small amount that gets absorbed into your body.

9• Lacross Ball

I would place the ball between where my back was hurting and a wall and have it roll around where my muscle hurt with pressure. This relieved so much of my back pain!

10• Panty Liners

Well.. because extra vaginal fluid happens. Whether we like to admit it or not.
